Returns
You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions for sending the item back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as personal care products or custom-made items, cannot be returned for hygiene or personalization reasons. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
